runtime error with pm box??

when the message box pops up and says i have a pm, i click ok, and then i get a runtime error. is this my pc screwing up, or something else?

Actually, I get the same message, but only when Im on my laptop. Its fine on any other system I have which is why I thought it was only me that got it and never mentioned this myself.
