i have a q6600 with a dfi inifinity 975x motherboard and 4 sticks of 512 or 1gb ram cant remember. want to sell it but have no idea how to do it and don't trust paypal >_>

Well good you shouldn't trust paypal......maybe you can sell it on Amazon or craigs? Otherwise money order over a hardware site.

Kingcaracas, just wondering why you say: "you shouldn't trust Paypal?" I won't link my bank account. I have had a CC linked for 3-4 years with no shenanigans. I've also had many successful transactions through them. I'm guessing most XS members have too. Masterg, if you can work something out, I see no reason not to use PP. My 2 cents. ;)

All i hear are horror stories from paypal. Marketplace is interesting and seems good, just never had a reason to try it. now if he lived close then i could just drive it to him no prob and skip all that crap if he was even interested

I just use Paypal to send money as a [personal] gift/payment owed directly to people I buy stuff from when I have enough trust in them to actually send the goods. Haven't used it that much but no problems so far.

I've had no problems with PP. Sending payment as a gift is actually not the best way to do that. It gives you no buyer protection from PP if the seller screws up somehow.

I'm in Mt. Vernon IL 62864.
Paypal has worked fine for me for years, no issues. I can do other payment forms of course as needed...

my setup is q6600 w/ 9500 Zalman cooler 2x 512mb PC2 6400 OCZ Platinum XTC 4-5-4-15 + 2 x 512 PC7200 OCZ Special Ops 5-5-5-15 on DFI Infinity 975x xfire board (no sli)
dont know what its worth since none of it is made anymore ;p

My roommate just upgraded his 6600 to an i7 920. I can ask him if he wouldn't mind selling it over the internet. Board included. PM me if you're interested.
