What To Do?

I ordered the new Asrock 11 Extreme with the on board LSI SAS 2308 PCIe 3.0 Controller. I currently have an LSI SAS 9260-8i with Fast Path and four new Crucial C-300 64gb's. The card and the SSD's have never been used. So my question is, should I use the on board chip and sell my RAID card?
Secondly, how big of a performance gain is there over the Crucial M4 vs. the C-300?
