What mod do you mean by the Vref mod?

I have the Vddq mod done and that one easily goes higher then 2.5V upto the value of the 3.3V rail. Maybe the contact isn't optimal :?

I'm guessing by Vreg you mean the Vddq, but there is also a Vreg on the card that should be half of the Vddq value if I'm not mistaken.

Has the Vddq helped with memory clocks? I was hopeing that bumping my 3.3 rail would help, but it may have only marginally improve the stablity at 1-2mhz higher.

vlad, i bet you need to mod your rail to get higher vddq, its orth it anyways, modding the rails on ym psu gave me a much higher fsb and a higher cpu oc as well because of more and more stable volts!
