Last time I've heard for a FPS for MAC is the MAC version of Ghost Recon.
Is there a more current FPS for MAC like BF3?

There are loads of games for Mac now, not as many as for Windows of course but if you have an account for steam you can see what are Mac compatible...
I know Deus Ex: Human Revolution plays quite well, Duke Nukem Forever, Half Life 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, Prince of Persia series, Prey and Prey 2 (whenever the fuq comes out....).. oh and Borderlands, BioShock 2 and others...

Just take a look on Steam under the Mac section. Like david said, there are a fair few games that work on OSX now if you have a machine with an Intel cpu and decicated gpu.
