led lcd monitor stoping pc from booting

Hi just wanted to tell everyone I got a LG e2281 monitor and my pc will post but it was saying

Waiting for me and a count down from 9-0

then the rig will re boot and it did this over and over the only way it will boot it to switch the PSU off at the back for 30seconds and then switch it on again just incase anyone has this change to a different tv or monitor its a grounding issue and that's why it wold not boot into windows

was this by chance using analog or hdmi? i've heard using a different output on some of those scenarios works

I was using hdmi to hdmi
I did use dvi to hdmi converter to hdmi
It did the same no matter what I did so I got rid of my nvidea GTX 550ti amp gpu and got a radion 5870
Works fine now
