Hmm 34sec at 4.2G..is that w/ 3:2 divider?
NW does 34sec at sub 4G with 1:1 fast settings. EE does 34sec at around 3.65G
Heres a shot at 4001MHz with 5:4 divider w/ NW:

why you have made spi with ht disabled?
w/ ht enabled you would have earned two second ones at least ;)
you can say we to that temp you were?
and you have seen of the improvements in 3d bench?
