is 350 watt smartpower enough?

for a p4 2.8c system with :

ic7 os is7 mobo
2x512 mb ram
1x harddisk
1x cd rom player
1x floppy

It will work fine. I use an antec 3700 case that comes with these PS all the time. with OC'd P4's

I've even got a duallie AMD rig @ 2300mhz each chip running off one that has killed generic 500 watters.

Just check your voltages under 100% load.
