Mine is a totally apolitical view as I live in the UK so please don't get any ideas... BUT The downside for me is that I cannot have any say on this even though it will effect me.
I would ask that any US member here that connects to the internet take a look at the proposals AS THEY STAND and consider the impact they will have beyond the target of reducing piracy, then consider adding their name to this petition;
