At what FSB should i up the vdd?

My infinity rev A+ is currently doing 245 fsb, stock, 1:1, but i cant go to 250 fsb. I think my ram (256mb CH5)has the potential to do DDR 500, since she's already doing DDR492 @ 2.5,2,3,3,11 @3.3v. I might just have to loosen timings a smidge more.

So im thinking i need more vdd, in BIOS its set at AUTO, but when I go above that my 3Dmark scores go way lower even tho i have 80mm FAN right above my stock NB HS.

Should I up my VDD?

is AUTO 1.5v? or 1.6?

Whatever it is, I remember setting it at 1.6v and i got ~11900 when i normally get around 12500 pts.
