Need monitor under $400, 27-32", Visio Led 32" M320NV?

Hey guys my 27" HannsG monitor finally died last night and I am in the market for a new monitor. Need low input lag, going to use it as a computer and for computer gaming. Costco has a Visio 32" led M320NV for $349 http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11540551&whse=BC&Ne=5000133+4000000&eCat=BC|90607&N=4047303%205000014%204294899947&Mo=2&No=1&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&Ns=P_Price|0||P_SignDesc1&lang=en-US&Sp=C&topnav= , the reviews that I could find say that its not bad for gaming on ps3/xbox, but couldn't really find any about gaming on the computer. Has anyone used this monitor or have another suggestion, I don't want it if its going to do that over-scan crap and look terrible. I would really like to try and keep it under $400 or at least close to that, but open to suggestions. I would prefer a monitor range of 27-32", I used to have 1920x1200 x 27.5", but if there's any monitors with a higher resolution under $400 even smaller than 27" I am all ears.
