Hey guys.

I'm going to be picking up either the K or the "X" very soon at my local microcenter, but before I do so, does anyone have a specific batch I should look out for? or will they be generally the same for water, 1.45V max, and I want to hit around 4.5ghz 24/7.

Either way, I think it'll be nice if we can have a spreadsheet or just a list of the batch lists for these SB-E chips.

4.5ghz 1.45v in water is easy to reach no need to pick up a special batch m8.

Well 1.45v max, preferably, I want to do 1.3-1.35v at 4.0-4.4ghz. ( or better ) How are the IMC's on these things? Plan on running 2000's.

Dude I got 4250Mhz on air by hitting boost buttons XD

Heh, if the chips have a good IMC, and can do at least 4.2ghz with <1.3v I'll be very happy. :) Ditching my watercooling stuff for PLS/IPS monitors, haha!

CPU: 3960X
Batch: 3134B471
Cooling: Noctua NH-C14, stock fans, open testbench.

1.200v: 4.0 GHz
1.250v: 4.2 GHz
1.325v: 4.4 GHz
1.415v: 4.6 GHz

Seems temps weigh in heavily when clocking these chips, as does the board you use. My best results so far are on ASUS.

batch# is not relevat anymore ! Say 2V123456A1234 batch# =3133B430, there are 2V234567A1234 are also with the same batch# 3133B430 ! The 1st 6 digit after 2V need to be the same so that overclock ability will be close.
A closer serial# is much more meaningful !:)

Hi!

3930K - 3134B493T

4.6Ghz - 1.30v

I'll try later to push it further, as I have no time atm.

Cheers

I think you need to also list the remaining CPU voltages along with CPU-LLC/VCCSA-LLC and the Current Capabilities of them as well. CPU Volt. Freq. and Power Phase control.

We can't attempt to see where "our" cpu is, and attempt to reproduce the same voltages w/o knowing the 'big picture' so to speak. Also would help if you say what your RAM size is and freq. to note how you are pushing the IMC with same levels of voltage values.
