For those looking for a low cost three monitor desk mount.

http://shop.easymountlcd.com/Deluxe-Triple-Three-LCD-Monitor-Stand-Desktop-Clamp-up-to-28-002-0019.htm

So I got one and it arrived today. I will try and get pics up tomorrow once I have enough light in the room. But here are some pros and cons for anyone interested:

Pros:
Cheap - $89 plus shipping, mine was $105ish shipped.
Sturdy and well made, seems to be powder coated.
Adjusts very easy at the monitor for rotating or pivoting.
Adjusts easily side to side with a lever locking mechanism.
Took less than an hour to put together including mounting the monitors. Very easy to follow instructions with very little assembly.
Comes with all the necessary hardware.
Easily excepts large monitors. It states up to 28 inch monitors and you could probably go with 30 inch assuming the weight of the three monitors is within in limits.
Easily attaches to the desk.

Cons:
First thing I noticed was that it isn't angled on the side monitors much, probably 15 degrees, but after running a Heaven benchmark it looks like it is adequate, but some may want more of a :banana::banana::banana:pit feel with greater side angle.
Be prepared to do your own wire management on the arms. It has a hole in the main tube that allows for cables to come through and then two clips for the cables. You then have two wire ties and this all works, but I ended up using my own wire ties to make it look cleaner.

If the sides were adjustable this would probably be the best triple monitor mount for the money and I would argue it still is. To get side adjustable monitor mounts for different angles you have to step up to the $350 range. This cleaned up my desk and makes it very easy for me to switch between landscape and portrait modes. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely would recommend it if you are on a budget.

Again, I will post some pics tomorrow when I have the time and better lighting.

If you put the bezel of the side screens behind the middlescreen you would get a little more angle and less bezel width between the screens.... doable?

Sure it's doable, not sure how it would look though or how much difference it would make. If you really wanted too, you could make a spacer out of wood and put it in between the mount and the monitor for the side units and that would allow you to angle them more.

Thanks for the mini-review
I like it, but I'd have to mod it for more angle....might be a good option though.

Thanks. Yeah I will be making some spacers this weekend to see how much it changes the angles. I figure a 2" x 6" cut to the right size and placed between the mount and LCD should add enough to make it more like a :banana::banana::banana:pit. I have to find some longer M4 screws first for mounting to the LCD. If I get this done this weekend I will get some pics up.

Interested to see if you are able to get more of an angle or not. This is the ONLY stand I've seen that will support 3 27" displays. I wouldn't have even found this if it wasn't for this thread. I was very close to going out and buying three separate arms to use.

Ok, so I did the mod or a mod to the stand. Just something simple, a 2" x 4" x 4" block in between the mount and the side LCD's using 2" M4 screws. It gave me more of an angle, best guess, 25 degrees.

I think in portrait mode it would be more pronounced, but for a simple mod the results are not bad.

Looks better...how are the mounts taking the weight? I mean, the weight is about the same, but now it has to hold the weight with worse leverage.
What if you doubled the spacer...would the poor leverage overcome the limits of the mount?

The mount handles the weight fine, however, I think the more you go out that this would change, meaning I think you would start to see the displays start to sag. Of course, this may be different with a more professional mod not made out of wood to distribute the weight better. The main bar can handle the weight I am sure, but the individual monitor mount may not.

It looks like their is height adjustment from your pics, is this correct?

Yes there is. It's only a few inches, maybe 6" total, but yes you can adjust it up and down.
