Is there any other ram like the Corsair Domiator series that I can mount a waterblock onto?
I mean just attach it to the top with screws like the dominator series?

I made this block to work on the Domiator ram

and I'm just curios if there are any other manufactures that would let me build a similar waterblock

well I have no moving parts in My PC... well except for the fan in the powersupply.
so I have 0 air flow.
ram gets warm... hot to the touch....
so i like to keep them cool :)

the corsair with the fins on the top that screw onto the top are the only ones that have waterblocks, and make sure to get the mips one and not the corsair one as the corsair is aluminum.

the other thing that u could do is get naked sticks and get the mips kit for that but its a huge pain to get good naked sticks now. but know that with liquid cooling ram in most cases it will make it warmer than with a small fan or with nothing, and i dont think that its a good idea to not have any air flow in your case, u cannot water block everything and the pwm on the NB/ram and the back of the graphics and other MB componants need some air flow.

and u can delete your double post in the edit menu.

sad that corsair makes teh only ones.
all it would take is another manufactere to put threaded holes on the top of the ram.

I'll proably buy dominator sticks... plan to get 4GB sticks with my x79 build

Corsair is not the only manufacturer that makes RAM that is compatible with a water block, there is also Mushkin's Blackline Copperhead series. This is the first link (http://www.pcgameshardware.de/aid,699414/Mushkin-Blackline-Copperhead-im-OC-Test-Top-DDR3-RAM-ohne-und-mit-Wasserkuehlung/RAM/Test/) I found, it's in German but I'm sure you'll understand the pics. ;)

You're welcome!

It's possible that this was only a limited edition and only released in Germany. Mushkin's cooler was the same as the solution MIPS was offering if I recall correctly.
