Alright, to be honest, I'm not sure how much heat is given off by the northbridges of Nforce3 boards. My leadtek allows up to 1.9V for VDD.

I was wondering if the little crap stock coolers can handle this? and would a copper vantec iceberg be any better?

actually, from what Ive been reading I wouldnt mess with ur VDD voltage.

People think that altering the HTT / chipset voltage is whats causing all these Athlon 64's to die on them.

Cause may be that its internally driving the Athlon 64's memory controller too far up in voltage and its just snapping.

thats my input =)

I've had it at default, but I'm not pushing any kind of high fsb at all.

Would it need upped at all to run like 300fsb?
