Cool project, nicely crafted...

Nice! What was the complete setup of both, i.e. dual rad or triple rad? What's the power source for the TEC? Is it temp controllable? Are you selling them or just showing it off?

One should learn all TEC specifics though before considering purchase. One of main wishes - silence - can already be fulfilled with common liquid cooling. Is 10C less temps (and maybe 100-200 extra MHz) really worth almost doubling power usage and thus higher electricity bills, should be carefully thought through.
P.S.
I wonder why in that link chart name is vs apogee xt, while in chart legend - older apogee gt. If it's 10C better then older GT imho those gains are not that miraculous.

max watts is 150w and uses a standard pcie cable to run the setup.

I'm running about 15-30 watts on normal gaming etc.

it was run against an xt, and run at ambient, it still beat the xt by a couple degrees

wouldnt it make more sense to compare it with a high end waterblock instead of an old one?

What's the current rating on that power connector for the TEC? It's not undersized is it for 100% load?

If that was really run against an Apogee XT, then you should update your first post to say so.

Nice idea. And I wouldn't mind one and crank up the volts... 1200W PSU and 5x rads at the ready :P

IIRC swiftech some time ago released waterblocks with integrated TEC blocks. If those guys still are not selling them like hot cakes, probably drawbacks were serious enough, they should have enough expertize to fix minor problems.

They weren't including a closed loop controller. The reason why they didn't sell is almost no one wants to deal with condensation and the insulation it requires.

+1, and with that controller, it automatically becomes something I'm VERY interested in.

This product is great, the closed loop controller is perfect. I am interested in this product too.
