thanx .

Somewhat, not a lot. You need a full custom loop with much more efficient parts than the H100.

Your pushing that CPU pretty hard, lots of heat there. Look up the RX360 rad, pump, block setup from XSPC for a good starter kit.

review of what you have: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/02/05/tuniq_propeller_vs_thermalright_venemous_x/

review of what you are considering: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/07/26/corsair_h100_extreme_perf_liquid_cpu_cooler_review/1

both tests use the same CPU. not the CPU you have, mind you, but at least consistent in testing. remember that just because they got temps of 40-50c on load versus your 80 doesn't mean that it will get you the same temps in the case you install it.

basically, you might get a few degrees over what you have, but it won't be earth shattering. It'd be better (and cheaper) to look at your case and find better airflow routes/options and attempt to optimize the amount of cool air going to the CPU cooler and other components.

Thank you, what do you think of this kit ?

Thank you,I see reviews, and I will try to improve the flow of airه in my case .

as you're using the HAF-X, (if you haven't already) swap the rear fan to intake. keep the front and side fans as intake, and keep the top fans as exhaust. It won't be a huge difference, but I suspect a couple degrees right there simply from feeding cool air directly at your CPU cooler. Make sure to switch the direction of the CPU cooler fan so it's working with the rear fan in it's new direction.

perhaps making sure you have a good mount and TIM on the CPU cooler might be worth your time. not sure if that's a problem or not.

The swiftech XT is good stuff, overpriced, but good stuff.

Not that great of tubing, and the plastic barbs on the res needs replaced. Solid pump, block and rad. You should learn about warercooling and buy a setup.

It's also not the new V2 version of that block.

You need to get off amazon for watercooling and go to real WC places.

Lots to learn too, a place to start.

Thank you very much for all, I chose this kit:
XSPC Rasa 750 RS360 (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12222/ex-wat-162/XSPC_Rasa_750_RS360_Universal_CPU_Triple_Radiator_ Water_Cooling_Kit-_HOT.html?tl=g30c321&id=DZhMXnLI)
I think a great deal 150$

Yes, very good price/performancy wise set. It's worst part is weak pump, but if you use it for just that one block, it's head pressure should be enough, and then again pumps in Asetek/Corsair integrated kits are not powerhouses either.
