almost there got the card at 363/795 and my 1600+ is at 1863mhz.

Are you using Powerstrip to overclock your display card?
If so, do the following:
Defrag your hard disk, then reboot. Run powerstrip and run the clear memory feature. Then benchmark immediately. This may or may not give you what you need, but it's worth a try.

Right click powerstrip icon - options - resource manager - click recover memory now.
