I'm was recently running a cpu and 2x gpu's in a single loop. I've since then switched to a single gpu and i'm consider adding a full motherboard block into the loop, since that i got rid of the 2nd gpu.

How much heat would a full motherboard block normally add compared to having a 2nd gpu? I'd imagine it wouldn't add as much but i've never had a motherboard WB before so i figured i'd ask first. I'm running an x58 board if that helps.

it won't add anywhere near the heat of another GPU :)

I'll be sure to take some. I'm also replacing the 6870 with a gtx 570 and a heat killers hole edition FC WB.. It should look pretty sweet :D
