not really sure where this goes so i stuck it in the mobo section if its in the wrong area please move.
does anyone know if when you put a phasechange system on the infinity if it will let you post/boot with low temps. i think i read that it will read the temp wrong like +200 ish but no one can answer if the bios will prevent post because of it.

yeah.. just disable the temp monitoring stuff.. the temp protection will kick in and stop it at super low temps and super high. so disable that and your good to go.

I find that I have enough time to get in the BIOS and disable it even with the Prommy on :) Which is a good job really as I have to clear the CMOS about 1 in every 4 restarts. And it never cold boots.

The problem is not the temp protect, it's the Hardware Monitor on POST.

You need to go into the PC Health Status menu and disable the "Show PC Health on POST" option, that should do it :)
