It seems to be impossible :(

I requested shipping information when I posted my order on the 20th but got nothing. I have since E-mailed, posted an issue on their site, and PM'd here still without a response.

I just want order conformation and some shipping information. Having this thing shipped from Italy was extremely expensive and I'm anxious to get some details.

i ordered 3 different times from him...and he was ok with communication...

some eu guys don't work weekends :D

I forgot to mention that I also added their support line on Skype. My request still hasn't been accepted. If I haven't heard anything by Wednesday, I'm going to open a Paypal dispute :(

Hello, i had big family problems,and i had to travel to fix em, if you read on the news there's write that the company is closed, unlucky i didn't find time and avialabiliy of intenet connection, btw i'm going back to business by monday. so all will be fixed.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems. I hope you were able to fix them as best as possible. I now see the news stating that the company would be closed. I apologize for missing this! Thank you for your response and please inform me when you return if the item is in stock and when you'll be able to ship. I'm participating in an overclocking event August 20-21 and I'd really like to have it by then!

Just as an update, once Andrea returned, he was very good with communication. Seems I just got unlucky with my order timing.

Also, the tech station came in three days... can't really beat that!
