Has anyone tried ordering from aquatuning and shipping to Washington Dc? I have been trying for over 3 weeks, and initially they did not have DC listed as an option for States/Territories in the US. After two weeks of back and forth they finally added DC, but now when I try to place the order, their page says that UPS does not recognize the address. I have tried filling out the form on their page and they have emailed back to say they will look into it, but I seem to be unable to get any further in the process. I still want the fans, but I am willing to look elsewhere (if anyone has them in stock and is not charging twice their price).
