I've had the worst problems with radiators lately. I'm trying to find a good triple radiator for low speed fans without the problem I'm running into. I've cleaned 4 xspc 360 radiators at least 50 times each now with boiling distilled. I've tried vinager, prestone super flush, scrubbing bubbles and have yet to get rid of these particles. 2 of them have non stop white particles and the other 2 have white, red, turquoise/green particles non stop. I can't fix the problem. I've used nothing but distilled water on 2 and other 2 vinager/radiator flush/ scrubbing bubbles to no end. I've gone through over 30 gallons of distilled trying to clean. Please name a radiator I will not have to put this much work into :( No thermochills and no xspc radiators please. I want the best cooling with low speed fans, but do not want to deal with these particle problems. Examples of what I'm going through are in pics.

I should also add that I've ran all 4 radiators through a filter loop system I copied from a post here. Reservoir/rads/filter for hours on end and still get all these particles.

Black Ice SR-1, they come pre-flushed :)

I have EK and Aquacomputer radiators and those where almost 100% clean when I bought them.

Yep xspc rad's are prolly the worse as far as crap inside them from the factory. However Hardware Labs rads are pretty clean.
I find using isopropyl alcohol (dont get on painted areas) for the first flush then distilled water + vinegar for the next, then rinse with distilled works well.

Black Ice SR-1 a bit pricey but good build quality and made for low speed fans. A very good rad!

Simple fix to this problem. By a 10 micron filter and housing, Pump the liquids though the rad and then through the rad and clear it out ...

I've done this for days and days. I still get particles after I shake the radiator with water inside. Dumping out into clear bowl. Filter system does not clear out particles good enough.

Also I bought some SR-1's. These things are far from clean. Am I the only one that checks water in clear bowl after pouring out? My god so many little white particles. Maybe I'm trying to hard. I don't know. I just don't want my new build to be anything like my last Thermochill flux nightmare build. Dirrrrty.

I check water in a clear cup. The last two rads I used, one was a xspc 240, the other was a bi GT stealth 280. The bi was clean, on the other hand the xspc water was yellow w/flakes.
Hey perhaps your water is dirty to start with

Three weeks on an XSPC rx 360 with no junk. Lucky or not long enough?

Boiling water and Superflush could not tackle this problem? Something is really wrong with those RADs.

If filtered with a 10 micro filter, there should be no particles showing up to the naked eye. This really is puzzling.
