on my shortlist is
Silverstone AP141
BGears B-Blaster 140 mm

no noiseblocker guys, I'm not that rich 24 x 25$

I will use hi watt fancontroller, no problem about the noise. I quite believe the Bgears higher RPM might be better but don't know if the air channeling will have some spells to cast for other advantage.

Those Silverstones look like a pretty good choice. Pretty limited selection in the 140mm size :-/

Isn't it better to use 120mm fans with adapters?

The Yates will be a good inexpensive option. However, If you go with Yates I recommend that you open up the backs (peel the sticker back, and the plug) and add a few drops of 30 - 40w synthetic motor oil to the bearing before you install them. I've had a lot of experience with Yates of different models/sizes, and the one thing in common is the lube that they use is crappy and will dry up causing the fan to fail. If you lube them with good oil they will last a very long time.
