6990 Tri CF with 6970, all with full block.

I don't think so. You need a short tube rather than an SLI/CF pipe due to slight displacement of holes on the different waterblocks, or you do at least with the Swiftech Epsilon on the 6990 and the Komodo on the 6970. See here:
