Is there really a big difference between the two besides the size? Which would you guys go for?

I agree with Zalbard, often bigger is better when it comes to heat dissipation.

some 420 rads can be mounted with 120 fans though :rofl:

You can pick up great 120mm fans more easily than 140mm fans.

But if I had all the space in the world I'd get a 140mm rad and use 140-->120 shrouds.

Just use 140 to 120 adapters that will also work as shrouds and the fan selection problem is solved.

I didn't know there even was a problem as all we needed was na AP-15. The more the merrier. :D

420 of course... There are good fans around in 140mm, e.g. the Noiseblocker Blacksilent Pro http://www.noiseblocker.de/en/BlackSilentPro140.php
