Good 1680x1050 display?

My 21.6" Samsung 216BW LCD is on its last legs and I'm weighing my options with monitors. I personally really like running 1680x1050 and I'm not looking to step up to 1920x1080; I like to keep the monitor as the "bottleneck" of the system so I can always max out my games at the monitor's max resolution. But it seems that the selection is getting slim with 1680x1050 monitors. So what are the best monitors in that group? Or do you guys think my rig would run fine at a higher resolution (specs in sig)? Thanks for your time.

You should be OK at 1920x1080. Not sure what to recommend with such budget, though... HP ZR22W is pretty nice, but it's a bit out of your price range.

I'm not looking for a crazy top-tier monitor. The one I have now has a 5ms response time and that's fine for me. The HP looks nice...might be able to save up for something along those lines but I don't know yet.
