So I've been runing a D5 for the last 2 years. When I went from a daily phase-change back to WC. By the 8800Ultra time I hade a graphic card only loop using a DCC - 1T for something like a year. The pump was working when I stored it but now, when I thought about re-use it again it wouldn't work :( . I disassembled it and I had 2 wires disconnected.

I've tryed to connect them back to the PCB with these cables ( I don't know the english name for it.. )

But it didn't work. Any Idea for what points should I mesure to see if it's all OK ? Current does get through the pump.

PCB also looks a bit different from the ones I found in the internet

What are my best chances to repair it ? And what kind of stuff should i get/do in order to do so.

Btw should it be a good idea to test it again with the wires soldered, or it wont make any difference ?

Hard to really understand what you are saying, but from the first picture, it looks like the copper wire that is spooled around the motor isnt actually connected to the pcb which would explain why is doesn't start. You should able to bend those copper wires and solder them back onto the pcb.
