Here in MI, the female must be 16, the male must be 18, that is the youngest age you can get married at here.
The age of consent is 16 here apparently, so says the wiki page lol, I always thought it was 18.

I don't really see what the big deal is though, just import the game+system or whatever you're gonna do.
