I'm having trouble getting my d5 rpm and koolance flowmeter rpm getting read by both the mobo fan headers and my aquaero 4. Both are 3pin fan headers, the d5 has a single blue lead and the koolance has a blue and ground lead. Anyone else have this problem?

For the D5, is it being run off of the same PSU as the motherboard/aquareo? For the koolance flowmeter, do yo have one of these (http://www.koolance.com/water-cooling/product_info.php?product_id=1057)?

Yea, mobo and aquaero and pump are all on the same psu. Yes, I have the koolance frequency adapter

I had problems with the frequency adapter with the Aquero 4. Huge swings in readings. Just use the two wires from the flow meter (FM-17?) and connect to a 3-pin with each wire on outside, middle empty. Then hook to flow meter port on Aquaero. Change impulse/liter to 169.

Worked for me.

we couldn't get the Koolance to even show up on our MBs, but we used LabView to read the pulses

LabView is a badass program by National Instruments.. It is total data collection. It is a bit scary to learn, but once you get the hang of it LabView can be quite powerful.
