So,
I have some of these...Scythe Slip Stream 120's 120x12 MM

I Have a Koolance TMS-200 and it uses PWM to control fan speed...
under 90% the fans stop..
Do you think there is some way I could get these fans to play nice with PWM, or do you think it's time for lower RPM fans that don't need adjustment?
