64mb, and your better off with a xabre 400 or 600, they should all cost the same atm since their are off the market officially for months.

honestly your better off with a diferent card though :D id get a geforce 4ti. very cheap theese days and the new revision ocs like mad.

the xabre is a nice card if you wanna try something new and are tired of ati vs nvidia, but its not really a card id sugest to anybody... if you change the image quality to the "normal" quality every card will run it performs the same or a bit slower than a 4mx card...

the only good thing aout it is that its dirt cheap :D
