I'm not looking to overclock this system, so basically I'm looking for the board with the most features and best stability...

I have been waiting for quite some time now for the Asus SiS 755 chipset board to be released, but so far the only maker is ECS...

I'm eager to build... do you think i should wait for SiS755? or just build now.. and if I should build now, whats your choices for best athlon64 mobo at the moment

thanks

best at the moment is the Shuttle AN50R

its pretty picky about ram. what ram do you plan to use?

If you aren't overclocking the definatly a Kt800 or Sis, I'd lean towards the Asus K8V as well, simply because I wouldn't trust ECS to walk my dog, let alone build a complicated motherboard.

CLOCK FOR CLOCK THE ASUS KILLS THE NF3 BOARDS.. THE ABIT IS ALSO NICE, BUT i FIND THE ASUS MORE STABLE AND SO ON IF YA DO EVEVR OVERCLOCK..

sorry for cap's
ah i didn't see the not overclocking part.

sure the via chipset will be faster. and with more things integrated into the chipset it will be easier to operate as well.
