I just upgraded from a PII 945 to the 1090T BE and eventhough I have CnQ and C1E disabled, the processor is still clocking up and down, along with the voltage. Am I missing something? I didn't see anything in the BIOS specifically referring to the Turbo feature.

With the mobo in your sig? You have an old mobo, when was release Turbo feature was a dream under construction,so, your mobo maybe doesn't have that option or you need the latest BIOS available for see it.

Try AOD
it should be able to disable it.
