Preview: aquagrafx for Voodoo 590

NVIDIA has introduced the 3DFX Voodoo 590 (http://www.geforce.com/#/News/articles/voodoo-revived) today and of course we will also offer a block for this card. The aquagrafx for Voodoo 590 will cover all 233 VSA-100 chips.

Above every GPU is a nano-structure to ensure an optimal cooling performance. As known from our HD6990 and GTX590 block this one will also have a parallel flow through all GPUs. Some channels have been modified in a special way so that water in the outer range of the card will flow faster. This way we get a very even temperature of the whole card and all chips.

The block will be available within the next week. For the price we try to hit something below 200 Euro. Because of the massive production expenditure this block will end up a bit pricey compared to other blocks.

It's 225-way SLI in single card (if i counted right :)), so you wish to say that 550way sli is not enough for you? :)

I had both first and voodoo II, yup, they were almost the very ones what started affordable eye candy @FPS. (with one exception, Unreal looked OK @16bpp software renderer too)

I had two Diamond Monster 3D Voodoo cards in SLI. I probably still have them in a box in the attic somewhere in my PC antique treasures..:D
