Yeah that's a weird question alright but what I'm asking is for cooling a board (REXIII) using a full block covering NB/SB/VRM area. How many watts are we putting into the water? Does anyone have an idea?

Is just cooling the CPU enough? The board does get warm especially if there isn't decent airflow - at high load 90 plus Centigrade temperatures (IOH) are possible! A decent loop should cut that in half.
