NZXT 120mm Fan - min voltage startup question

I was wondering if anyone has this fan and can confirm if it will startup at 5v without problem. Some fans can be undervolted, but they have a min startup voltage or else they wont start to spin (e.g. when you restart your PC).

Whats the spec of these fans ? Should run fine at 7v if the fans run at full 12v...

whats the model number of the fan your interested in. have some nzxt fans here ...
