I just recently installed a Gigabyte P67A-UD3P and a i7 2600. The mb came with BIOS version F2, and I have since updated it to F3 and F6a. The only issue I am having is when my computer (Win7 64bit) goes to sleep. when it wakes up, all the Turbo multiplers go back to default.

I have it set to 42-41-40-39 @ 1.175v and it works perfectly. LinX and Prime95 stable. Temps only go to 56C with an Zalman cooler. I have all the power saving features enabled in the BIOS.

When the computer wakes from sleep mode, I get multiplers of 37-36-35-34. Rebooting the PC fixes the issue. The BIOS is never changed, so I do not have to go reset the settings.

I am not sure if this is a Turbo 2.0 issue, a Gigabyte mb issue, or a Win7 issue. But I did the same thing with my i5 750 and did not have this issue. I submitted a ticket to Gigabyte 2 days ago and no reply as of yet.

Anyone have any ideas or similar issues?

Give ThrottleStop a try.

Click on the TRL button and it should open up a screen where you can adjust the Turbo Ratio Limits if you have a K series or Extreme processor.
Being able to adjust these without having to reboot might be a solution until Gigabyte updates their bios.

RealTemp 3.65 also has this feature. You need to display one temperature icon to find the Turbo Boost Limits option hiding in the system tray menu.

Just tried ThrottleStop. It sees that my multiplers change after sleep, but it does not actually change them when I attempted to.

Do I need to set my BIOS to allow Windows to directly affect my settings?

I'm not sure about your bios. When you open up the Turbo Ratio Limits window in ThrottleStop, are the multiplier adjusters locked? These are supposed to be unlocked on the 2600K series.
Can you post a screen shot of that window?

No, they are not locked. They work well in the GUI. Just when I hit Apply, it does not affect my computer, and my ratios stay in the same.

update to the latest BIOS and see what happens, try changing the sleep state to something other than S3.
