Sometimes when I restart the system I get the following error:

"The system has experienced boot failures because of overclocking or changes in voltage. Latest settings in BIOS my not coincide with current H/W states."

Nothing is even overclocked yet... The only modifications I've made have been to RAM, changing it to it's rated frequency, timings and voltage. That is; 2133MHz, 9-10-9-24 and 1.6v, as specified on the RAM modules themselves (they defaulted to something very low).

RAM is Corsair Dominator GT (CMT4GX3M2A2133C9).

Memtest won't run on this hardware either, so I'm not sure how else to test the RAM...

I am having an issue with my GSkill 1600 ECO ram also. With XMP it is supposed to run at 7-8-7-24 and my UD5 detects that correctly BUT when it boots into windows it is running at 8-8-7-24. When I manually set it to a cas of 7 it tells me overclocking failed etc etc. Not sure what is up with that.

there is new structure for F6 bios to support 3TB+ HDD (UEFI).
therefore you need to use @bios or flashspi which included into bios download file to update bios at first time. after that, if you would like to flash newer bios in the future, you can use qflash to flash bios. i checked the GBT website, the latest on is f7b. did you try that?
