ok so i have a MiniNG connected to a BigNG, and i know that you can connect pumps to it, however, its power is connected via a molex, which of course the miniNG only has fan connectors on it. there is very little in way of documentation on this with the devices, anyone ever done this, or is it even possible?

Fan connectors as in 3 pins? Cant you just get a splitter/converter ? Or have i misunderstood your problem?

If the MiniNG can handle the current, just get a molex to 3-pin converter. The picture Johnny linked to is the wrong kind of converter (you want a female molex to female -3pin), but the idea is the same.

Wow!, $12.81 for something I could make in about 5 minutes, that's a ripoff.

Try this one, it's even sleeved in your choice of colors.

or this significantly less fancy one.
