I just want to share this with people, as this pretty much blew my mind.
So here goes; i live in Denmark, and the law states that if i buy something, and said thing stops working within 2 years, the store has to replace it for me, free of charge.
Well i bought a BenQ G2400W monitor 2 years and 3 months ago, and it just stopped working. Naturally the store i used wouldnt give me a new one, cause the 2 years had passed.
So i call up BenQ Nordic support, and tell them of my problem. They tell me to email them some information. I did, and 2 days later(today) a brand new, and better monitor drops in with the mail(a G2400WD).
This is the best and most awesome support i have ever gotten, and as i said my mind is just blown away. Not all corporations are crap it seems :-)
