I threw three of these in a r0 array on the ICH10R with a 32k strip size and just seeing how stripe size affects speed. Anybody recommend a certain stripe size?

128k is likely the stripe size you should be using.

Intel recommends 16k for SSDs right in their RST release... Thats what I have been using.
