So what is Dropbox? Dropbox is a file syncing program where you can set folders on your computer to be synced to an online storage. Whats great about this is you can just drag and drop files, documents, pictures etc... to that folder and it will automatically upload it online where you can easily access it, whether its your other computer at home, your friends, you girlfriend/boyfriend, husband/wife and so forth. Everyone can be synced to one folder or many and it will be frequently updated. You upload to dropbox and dropbox transfers to whoever you sync, plus its runs really fast!
Settings can be accessed on the tray icon by the clock.

Just upload the files and it will get a green check mark after it is uploaded.

Once it is uploaded you can share it (whether its to create a link or sync with their computer).
This is a Dropbox Referral Thread, you get 2GB free and if you finish installing it you get an additional 250mb free.
