Upgrading to Samsung PX2370

I have a 3 year old Samsung 226BW (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001096) and i'm planning on buying the new Samsung PX2370 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001414&Tpk=px2370), so my question is will I see a big deference in picture quality (in games/movies)?, is the PX2370 the best choice? or shall I wait for newer and better stuff to come?

It's a TN panel, so it will not really be a big upgrade...

keep the 22" unless you plan on upgrading to a IPS panel

Do you have any recommendations on an IPS panel monitor ?

BTW I've read around and found some people saying that IPS panels have Lag/Ghosting effects specially in games !!?
