The gtx has more FPI so if you plan to use 1800RPM+ fans you'll see one of the best radiator performances on the market. actualy numbers I cannot say.

The difference is so small between radiators I really can't recommend spending $120 on any triple radiator. That is unless you want to flex your e-peen or for aesthetics.

I'd say - use none of those two unless you are shure that you want use loud as hell & powerful fans. If you are bent on getting HWLabs Black Ice rads, get Black Ice SR1 (optimised for silent fans) or at least Black Ice Pro (not as optimised, but not as bad/restrictive as GT Stealth/ GTX).
If you want something cheaper but still good, Swiftech MCR rad line is good choice.

Unless you have a tight space and need the thickness of the GT and the barb placement, I wouldn't buy it. That GTX is optimized for higher speed fans and it's a good performer in that area. If you're after budget, go with an MCR (~$80) like churchy suggested. They don't look as nice as the $120 rads for the most part, but you probably don't notice when installed IMO. More importantly, they perform on par for a lot less $'s and save a little space for tighter builds (~34mm vs ~50mm). I like swiffy, but only have 1 non-swiftech rad to compare with.

Look at test results. I like skinnee's, but there are others also. The ones that I've seen more or less agree.
