HP ZR24w Response Time?

I'm looking at the response time for the HP ZR24w and it doesn't matter where I look in the stats, it will list 5ms in one section and then 7ms in the other.

What the hell is the true speed for this monitor?

It is 5ms. Really, what it says does not matter much, though, it's more marketing than anything else...
