WDTV + WD 1TB 2.5 Lag Problem?

So Im running a WDTV Live with a 1TB WD 2.5 external connect to it. And if the HDD is full, video wont play at all, and menus are quite slow, If there is 100GB free on the HDD the video will skip every couple seconds, and if its has about over 120-30GB free it will play just fine? I also had this problem with my 640GB WD 2.5 External.



So what's the deal? :shrug::shrug:

Bad sectors on the drive? Maybe give it a scan? Try updating to the latest firmware aswell just in case!

Lastest firmware installed on the WDTV. Ran disk defragment on the HDD. No problems. HDD only 3 weeks old. :shrug:
