Okies I got this Aquaxtreme 50z (which is supposed to be the same thing as the swifttec 600), anyways it's supposed to be a good pump from what I read, but the following, the pump comes with 1/2" outlets no barbs and well that is kinda like saying to me I can't change them LOL. I was wondering if someone made an aftermarket pump-head for this pump with g 1/4 for barb fittings.
So how long did this pump last you, this one is pretty new just been test run from what I heard, so it's like new.
and what maintenance would you do on this pump and how often?
