i have a few questions...about how hard is it to make a phase change system?
how much would it cost? about?
where could i get the stuff needed for it? and how does it work?

It isnt hard to do if you have the tools.
Good torch, gauges, and a vaccum pump,then some misc tools for brazing/soldering the pipes.You can make a vac pump out of an old compressor too.If you look through scrapyards you can find some cool stuff :)
Pretty cheap to build too if you look around for stuff.
