I also just noticed that bmg has an ati 9700! He's picking up 16891 3dmarks though.

My cpu speed is limiting me right now. My 9700 does 376/690 with stock cooling and no volt mods. I've never used an ati card before, so have a lot to learn about tweaking them.

No, I ordered direct from ati last Tuesday. I'm not aware of any place else that's shipped them yet.

nice score, too bad I dont have my 4600 anymore.
But well, my R 9700 should be here in a week along with a 2.80 P4 ... that should be fast with phase change.
Although I anticipate kamu pulling out the LN2 again with a 9700, I should have that covered as well. I think with things being equal, I can beat him at the same clocks... or so I hope
i'm working my ass off to collect enough money for card and CPU :(

Hmm, I figured new dets would get him to 19k.
Just made more changes to my system, few rounds of CS and a Madden2003 franchise win and I will get back to benching.
24/7 @ 3.31 1.6vcore
Kamu with R9700 would have the 20k already.
Insane score with Ti4600

I find it strange that they keep selling such a defective product.
Can't you an a few more (screwed over) customers get a case going against them?
There surely are about 10 or more people in the same situation out there.
